He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Grant and Beatrice Bramhall Grant; and his wife Doris. He is survived by: his children, Peter (Kathryn) of Lexington Twp and Lisa McCarthy (Larry) of Sanford; his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael McCarthy of Sanford, Tracy McCarthy of Highlands Ranch, CO, Ryan Smith (Lorrie) of Hartland and Sarah Lent of Solon; and his great grandchildren, Owen of Solon, Ava McDonald of Solon and Declan Lent of Solon.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hutchins Funeral Home (110 Limerock St, Rockland, ME 04841). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Littlefield Memorial Baptist Church (1 Waldo Ave, Rockland, ME 04841).
