He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo J. Dostie and Matilda Gilbert Dostie; his wife Joan Labbe; his children, Linda Burgess and Rick Dostie; his siblings, Constance Coloumbe and Norman Dostie; and his sons-in-law, Stephen Watts and Keith Burgess.
He is survived by: his son Larry Dostie (Angela) of Hope; his daughter-in-law Judy of Warren; his daughters, Elaine Hallett (Guy) of Rockland, Barbie Sylvester (Steve) of Rockport and Janie Watts of Rockland; his grandchildren, Melanie Hallett, Ben Burgess, Mike Dostie, Justin Burgess, Sara Nelson, Erin Doherty, Ashley Hallett, Jacob Sylvester, Danielle Deal and Emily Watts; his great grandchildren, Alivia Hallett, Avery Hallett, Makenzie Watts, Noah Ludwig, Evan Burgess, Lydia Watts, Alison Sylvester, Adalie Doherty, Riley Nelson, Madelyn Dostie, Owen Doherty, Kaitlin Sylvester, Charlotte Dostie, Ava Nelson, Ezra Deal, Logan McRae, Thea Deal, Liam Sylvester, James McRae, Nolan Sylvester and Natalie Deal; and his siblings, Gilbert Dostie and Margaret Rioux.
