It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry York Sr. (Rockland, Maine), born in Belfast, Maine, who passed away on January 20, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Collins York and Naoma Heal York; and his uncle Seaward Heal. He is survived by: his close friend Rosey Gerry; his friend Leroy Dodge; his close friends, David, Sabrina Stewart and Gregory Kaler; his wife Barbara York of Rockland; his children, Larry York, Jr. (Tabby) of Union, Lisa Pease (Christopher) of Belmont and Holly York of Rockland; his grandchildren, Nikita York, Nicholas York, Nathaniel Martin, Ashley York, Shyanne York, Evan Pease and Ruth-Anne Pease; his siblings, Michael York of Waldo, Richard York, Sr. of Belfast and Monika Lee of Waldo; his siblings-in-law, Diane, Donna, Gail and Walter; and his nieces, Shona Long and Kat Stewart. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
