She was predeceased by: her parents, John DeGirolamo and Julia DeGirolamo (Pugsley); her husband George Bulanchuk; her daughter Linda Madden; and her sister Marie Carroll.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Scott (Stephen) of Tenants Harbor and John Bulanchuk (Kathy) of Queens, NY; her sisters, Gloria Krebser of Hawthorne, NY and Dorothy Brenchak of Manchester, CT; her grandchildren, Julia Scott (Sydrit Ramja), Hannah Scott, Sean Madden (Krista), Daniel Madden (Raphaelle), Nicole Bulanchuk, Matthew Bulanchuk and Jake Bulanchuk; and her great grandchild Enzo Scott-Ramja.
