He is survived by: his wife Terresa; his sons, Derek and Joshua; his daughters-in-law, Jamie and Stephanie; his grandson Keegan; his siblings, Patrick, Kevin and Elaine; and his nieces and nephews, Kerry, Michael, Frank, Christina and Kirah.
