She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Evelyn Witham (Allen) and Nathan Witham; her siblings, Rev. Cecil L. Witham, Dorothy Witham Rackliff and Grace Ruth Witham Fogarty; her nephews, Allen Fogarty and Robert Witham; and her great-nephew Jacob Witham.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Evelyn Rackliff Smyth (Peter), Wendy Witham Wilkerson, Madolin Fogarty, Nathan Witham (Fraulke), Barry Witham, Arthur Rackliff Jr. (Nancy), David Rackliff (Tammy), Daniel Fogarty III and Kerry Fogarty (Jackie).
A celebration of Gloria's life will be held when Covid-19 restrictions are eased and will be announced.
