We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2021, at the age of 62, Frederick Richard Monroe (Rockland, Maine) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his niece Elizabeth Sherfey. He is survived by: his children, Derick Monroe, Brandy Monroe (Sarah Cullity) and Eric Trusell (Lauren); his grandchildren, Addison, Aiden Barnhill, Joanna and Griffin Trussell; his parents, Fred Monroe and Jean Monroe; his siblings, Ted (Donna), Robert (Angela), John (Amy), Teresa (Al) and Christy; and the mothers of children, Kathy Allen Brassard and Dawn Trussell Butler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He worked for Outward Bound, Bath Iron Works, and with his father in the construction business doing foundation repair, putting in cellars and building houses.
