He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mildred Bagnall (Stevens) and George Bagnall; his son Charlie; his grandson Justin; his wife Sue Inez Havron; his brother Mike; his sons, Frederick Charles Bagnall Jr. (Sherri) of Rockland Maine, Steve Bagnall (Jen) of Cass City, Michigan and Mike Bagnall of Staten Island; his grandchildren, Rick Bagnall (Alicia), Anna Bagnall of Marlette and Paige Schulz (Grant) of Macomb, Michigan.; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Bagnall of Excelsior Springs. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Fred's name to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
