He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis 'Frank', Sr. and Winifred Atwood Splaine; his wife Janice May; his sons, James Splaine (Therese Howley) of Balston, NY, Peter Splaine (Lori) of Denver, CO, Robert Splaine (Kelley) of Lincolnville and Daniel Splaine (Peg) of Little River, SC; his grandsons, Patrick Splaine (Laura) of Bangor and Ryan Splaine (Chaya Stilson) of Rockland; and his sisters, Stephanie Woodcok and Roberta Bergeron.
