He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Wiggin and Nelly Steiof Wiggin; his wife Jean Howard; and his siblings, Marjorie, Victoria, Idabelle and Harold.
He is survived by: his sons, Bill Wiggin and Steven Wiggin (Amy); his granddaughter Kimberly; his sister Ava; and his close friend Roberta Tibbetts. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
