He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jacobson and Georgie Jacobson (Smalley); his brother Raymond Jacobson (Doris); his sisters-in-law, Doris Jacobson and Lucille Jacobson; and his nephews, Steven Jacobson (Rosemarie) of St. George, Kenneth Jacobson, Jr. (Wendy Jacobson) of Appleton, Friends and Jake.
He is survived by: his great-niece Julie Jacobson Cyr (Brian); his brother Kenneth Jacobson (Abbie Kiersted); his close friends, Gary and Sandra Hyvarinen; his friends, Ted Cotton, Jim Fales, Shelly, Bob Gagne, Randy Gagne, Lee, Nancy Kragh, Russell Lawrence, Jeannie Lewis, Steven Maxwell, Joshua McPhail, Karl Niemi, Timothy Polky, Bobby Joe Polky and David Wakely; and also, Katherine Cyr and Nolan Cyr.
