He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kern Ellis and Margaret Virginia Folkers (Lambert); his former wives, Janet Richardson of Waverly, PA, Janet Doon of Trinidad and Linda Bean of Port Clyde; his wife Joyce Davies (Tebbetts); his stepson Geoffrey Davies (Cathy) of Kingston, NH; his children, Jennifer Brewster Muff (Olivier) of Switzerland and John Howe Folkers (Sonia) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Acacia, Jasper, Hudson and Laurel Muff of Switzerland; his sister Elizabeth Crawford (Christopher) of Upton, MA; his niece Meredith Scaplen (Andrew); his son John Lambert Scaplen of Gorham, ME; his stepsons, Jason, Nathan and Kevin Clark of Maine; his sister-in-law Diana Bean of Tenants Harbor, ME; and his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Davies of Portland, ME, Jameson Davies of Wakefield, NH and Randi Foucher of Raymond, NH.
