With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Dickey (Rockland, Maine), born in Fairfield, Maine, who passed away on September 24, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Dickey and Beatrice Dickey (Webb); his wife Shirley Dickey (Crosby); his daughter Rebecca (Richard Amedy); his siblings, Everett Ormand (Janet Dickey), Ralph (Marilyn Dickey), Etta Patricia (Norman Jenness), Barbara (Edward Ambrose) and Muriel (Frank Garvey); his siblings-in-law, Charlene Leggett, Lawrence Towle, Dean Noren, Kenneth Clark and Charles Crosby; his nephews, Calvin Dickey and John Clark; and his nephew-in-law Lloyd York, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Randall and Susan; his grandchildren, Nicholas DeRose and Kate Mealey; his great grandchildren, Jeremy and Isabella DeRose; his children-in-law, Celeste Dickey of Clinton and Mark DeRose; his great great grandchild Orion DeRose; his sisters, Glenna Towle and Betty Noren; his sisters-in-law, Delnette Clark and Joanne Crosby; and his caregivers, Rhonda, Rick Barton, Cindy Horner and Linda Thorne.
