It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Lee Ober (Rockland, Maine), born in Camden, Maine, who passed away on October 11, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland S. Ober and Joan A. Rival Ober; his son Adam Ober; his siblings, Donald and Diane Ober; and his close friend Heath Barrett.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Widdecombe Ober of Appleton; his daughter Tina Ober Murray (Chris); his grandchildren, Grayson and Oriana of Rockport; his grandchildren-in-law, Betsey and Adam York; his great grandchildren, Jacob and Lauren of Dawsonville, GA; his grandchildren-in-law, Carrie and Jestin Merchant; and also, Mason, Hadley of Connor, ME and Dee Weaver Ober of Rockport. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and close cousins as well as extended family.
