He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Alice Philbrook and Bradford Edwin Lewis; his grandparents, Ed, Lois Lewis, Vernon and Grace Philbrook; his siblings, Stephen Lewis and Michelle Lewis; his stepson Christopher Whitaker; and his nephew Bravin Zoller.
He is survived by: his pet Captain; his close friend Deborah Walters; his sister Stafanie Zoller-Lewis; his aunts, Wilma Bridges and Verna Chamberlain; his nieces, Tiffany Howie and Sara Lyn Chacon; and his nephew Michael Malone.
