He is survived by: his children, Caleb Boland and Sarah Boland; his siblings, David Boland and Susan Wilcox; his grandchildren, Rivers Boland and Blaine Kenneth Craig Boland; his close friend Annette Hutchinson; and his spouse Elizabeth Godard.
