She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Tower and Inez Kelley Tower; her husband David O. Winslow; her siblings, Sonny Tower, Paul Tower and Deanna Tower; and her son Charles Larrabee, Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Ronnie Tower, Harold Tower (Dawn), Jeannette Frost, Joanne Smith, Brenda Olszewski (Victor) and Shirley Burbelo; her children, Candi Tower (Elbert Ranquist), Carrie Reid (Peter) and Jason Tower (Andrea Guy); and her grandchildren, Laci, Mya, Eli, Austin, Trevor, Gavyn, Leon, Lamar, Leo, Jayla, Kennedy, Jordan and Jasmine.
