It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte V. Oliver (Rockland, Maine), who passed away on December 26, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Lyons and Rena R. Stanley Lyons; her husband Stephen Garfield Oliver; and her sister Shirley Ann Berg. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela J. Consoletti-Murphy (Matthew Murphy) of Rockland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
