He is survived by: his child Charlie; his sister-in-law Marion Talbot Lilley; his wife Joan of Rockport; his daughter Charlene Fitch (David) of North Conway, NH; his grandson William Smith of Glen, NH; his daughter Cynthia Schaub (John Bradbury) of Millinocket; his grandsons, Steven Schaub of North Berwick and Gregory Schaub of Hermon; his son Charles M. Foote, III (Kimberly Schroeter) of Rockport; his grandchildren, Andrea Foote of Colchester, VT, Morgan Foote (Charles IV) of Falmouth and William Foote of Portland; his great grandchildren, Levi and Lily Schaub of Hermon; and his grandchildren, Nash, Peyton, Crew Foote of Falmouth and Braelynn Schaub of North Berwick.
