He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wesley Snowdeal and Venetta Callahan; his daughters, Hazel Philbrook and Janet Fogg; his son-in-law Tim Fogg; his wife Gloria; his son David Snowdeal (Cindy); and his siblings, Lewis (Lillian), Virginia, Crystal (Claude) and Barbara (Robert). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends.
