She was predeceased by: her parents, Horatio "Zeke" Torfason and Margaret Gray Torfason; and her husband Dennis Hill. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Struk, Karen Emerson (Jacob) and Deby Hill (Ryan Duplisea); her stepson Darren Hill; her stepgrandson Dylan; her sister Lucy Harden (Richard); her grandchildren, Miranda Struk-Miller (Jason Benner), Tyler Emerson, Nathan Emerson, Jonah Miller, Skye Rodriguez and Molly Emerson; her great grandchild Natalie Thorbjornson; and her cousin Douglas Holgerson.
