She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Phyllis Harding and Curtis Harding; her grandmother Arlene; her husband Linwood Welch; her children, Keith (Linda Welch), Craig Welch and Kimberly Welch Grover; her grandchildren, Savannah Welch, David Welch Grover and Luke Welch Grover; her siblings-in-law, Rodney, Diane Brackett, Alvin, Sue Brackett, Wade and Sharon Brackett; her sister Carol Ann; and her brother-in-law Paul Bartlett. She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
