For Shelly is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Polk and Marilyn Polk; her husband Vernon; and her son Matthew. She is survived by: her daughter Candise; her friend Shelly; and her caregiver Kristi.
