She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Morrell and Melva Morrell (Allen); her daughter Julie Katherine Brooks; her siblings, Charles Morrell Sr. and Carolyn Ann Morrell; her nephews, Charles Morrell Jr., Michael Morrell and Steven Morrell; her great-niece Carrianna Massey; and her siblings-in-law, Rita, Muriel and Alfred.
She is survived by: her husband Merrill Brooks; her children, Gregory Brooks (Gina) of Biloxi, MS and Rebecca Becnel (Chad) of Vancleave, MS; her grandchildren, Katie Mae Cox (Bennett) of Ft. Hood, TX, Jacob Brooks (Zoe Penttila) of Litchfield, ME, Joshua Becnel of Vancleave, MS and Grace Becnel (Lee Michael Mayfield Jr.) of Vancleave, MS; her great grandchild Carson Cox; her brothers, James Morrell (Debra) of Robbinston, ME, Stanley Morrell (Deborah) of Robbinston, ME, Stephen Morrell of Bowdoinham, ME and Ernest Morrell (Janice) of Calais, ME; and her siblings-in-law, John Brooks, Barbara Brooks, Gerald, Loretta Watt, Stuart Murphy, Daniel, Melissa Murphy, Joan Brooks and Marian Murphy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
