He is survived by: his wife Pamela Vokes Johnston; his son Chad Johnston (Samantha Johnston) of Dresden, ME; his grandsons, Benjamin Johnston and Jeremy Johnston; his daughter Sarah Johnston (Nathan Roseberry) of Richmond, ME; his siblings, Michael Johnston (Carol) of Hershey, PA and Maureen Johnston (James Leslie) of South Berwick, ME; and his close friends, David Bushnell and Jean Bushnell of Columbus, OH.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
