He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Poole; and his father Robert Poole Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Matt; his wife Crystal Poole; his daughters, Juliana Poole and Michaela Poole; his mother Christel James; his stepfather Raymond "Butch" James; and his siblings, Robert Poole II and KadieLee Poole.
In lieu of flowers, Matt's family encourages folks to take a couple hours out of their day to donate blood or platelets, which was such a crucial part of Matt's journey through Leukemia.
