He is survived by: his parents, Gardner Dube-Stevenson and Denise Dube-Stevenson of Monmouth; his sister Leigh Polley; his niece Lillian Polley; his nephew Benjamin Polley of Monmouth; his aunts and uncles, Gary Stevenson, Linn Stevenson of Hillsborough, Gilles Dube, Diane Dube of Bangor, Maine, Patricianne Dube of San Diego, California and Gilla Dube of Concordia, Kansas; his cousins, Jody (Mike), Cary Dube and Rachael Dube; and also, Gramae and Griffin O'Neal.
