He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Daniel Collins and Esma Ross Collins; his son Daniel; and his siblings, Saul, Elden, Ronald, Marilyn "Mickie" Thibeault and Jean Bennett.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Collins (Weeks); and his children, Deborah Kidder (James) of Farmington, Tom Collins (Beth) of Venice, FL, Myra Williams (Dave) of Oakland and Dean Collins (Barbara) of Temple. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
