He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Greenleaf (Mason); his son Matthew J. Greenleaf; his siblings, Diane L. Frederickson, John W. Greenleaf, Jr. (Nancy), Randall T. Greenleaf (Marie Turgeon) and Michael T. Staples (Shellie); his brothers-in-law, Larry Ayotte and Jim Brown (Heather); his nieces, Misty Michaud, Amber Michaud, Amy Stevens and Samantha Jourdan; and his nephew Adam Greenleaf.
