He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Jack; and his uncle Paul McMillian. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Jack (McMillan); his sons, Donna Tucker (Johnson) of L'Etete, NB, Michael Jack of Bar Harbor and Paul Jack (Billie Jo) of Upper Queensbury, NB; his grandchildren, Brianna and Eliza; his brother Thomas Jack (Shirley); his nieces, Cathy Delano (Chris) and Melissa Freeman (Richard); his aunt Betty McMillan; his stepsister Beverly Slusser; and his friends, Alan Weitner, Darrell Weitner, Larry Doyle, Joe Travis, Kevin Dean and Dave Garrahan.
