He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Allen and Granville Allen; and his daughter Marilyn Lavway. He is survived by: his wife Esther Osgood Allen; his son Stephen Earl Allen; his grandson James Robert Lowe; his great grandchild Cameron Lowe; and his nieces, Victoria Rector and Sandra Green.
