She was predeceased by: her parents, Elden Wilcox and Eldora Wilcox; her siblings, Lois Wilcox and Dennis Wilcox; and her husband Joseph Yerka Jr..
She is survived by: her friends, K's and I's; her son Joseph Yerka III; her brother George Wilcox; her sister-in-law Vera Wilcox; and her nieces and nephews, Mandy Wilcox, Lanel Wilcox, Lana Kelly, Willie Wilcox and Brian Pelletier. She is also survived by her son's friends as being their second mother and being remembered by her son as the best mother.
