It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Marie Cecile Coty (Presque Isle, Maine), who passed away on November 29, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rueben Phillips and Odile Phillips (Poitras). She is survived by: her husband Roger Coty of Woodland; her children, Aimee Whitmore of Woodland, Jessica Shorey of Kennesaw, GA. and Jason Whitmore of Woodland; her grandchildren, Anjelica Jordan of Caribou, Brandon Whitmore of Woodland, Sierra Jordan of Woodland, Maddison Shorey of Kennesaw, Chloe Shorey of Kennesaw, Alexis Whitmore of Woodland and Jason Whitmore Jr. of Woodland; her great grandchild Aliyah Jordan of Caribou; her siblings, Pauline, Peter Schmidt of Woodland, James Phillips of Bangor, Susan and Richard Chasse of Bangor; and her great-grandpups, Oakley and Peanut.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bowers Funeral Home (238 Main St, Presque Isle, ME 04769).
