She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Fogg and Doris Fogg (Baker); and her siblings, Hazel Fox, Audrey Burtt, Donna Simmons and Gordon "Buzzy" Fogg.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne L. Shaw of Mars Hill; and her daughters, Heidi Shaw (Steve Burbee) of Waterville, Amanda Crouse (Matthew) of Blaine, Michele White (Gary White Jr.) of Blaine and Wendy Shaw of Mars Hill. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and many close friends.
