He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Archer and Evelyn Archer (Ireland); his children, Lance Smith of Van Buren and Jodi Smith of Presque Isle; and his siblings, Larry, Kim (Debbie) of Mapleton, Brent of Presque Isle, Bruce (Teresa), Shawn (Trisha) of Okla and Lori Cote (Phil) of Mapleton. He was also cherished by four grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
