He was predeceased by: his parents, Herold Raymond McAdams and Elizabeth McAdams-Cotten (Hunt); his brothers, Keith R. Cotten Jr. and Mitchell A. Cotten; and his son James McAdams.
He is survived by: his uncle Frank; his wife Phyliss M McAdams (Jayne); and his children, David McAdams (Liz), Michael L Andrews (Ashley), Jennifer L Krichbaum (Greg), Joni M McAdams, Chad R McAdams, Maggie M McAdams (Randall) and Brian C Andrews (Ashlynn). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
