He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Powers and Blanche Powers (Gervais); and his brother Nelson Powers. He is survived by: his close friend Dorothy Allen of Presque Isle; and his brother Roger Powers of Sharpsburg, MD. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
