She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Forsman and Lillian Forsman (Peterson); her husband Llewellyn; her brother Arnold Forsman Junior; her grandson Matthew Turnbull; and her great grandchild Marissa Emily Forbes.
She is survived by: her children, Bryan, Tracy Forbes, Lynn, Alan Turnbull, Bonnie and Jeff Bouchard; her grandchildren, Daniel Forbes, Christopher, Anna Forbes, Catherine Forbes, Joshua, Kalli Turnbull, Seth, Lacie Turnbull, Sarah, Dylan Guith, Travis, Jessica Bouchard, Molly and Sean Leonard; her great grandchildren, Crystal, Hannah, Brooke, Viggo, Robyn, Sophie, Isabelle, Hattie, Axel Matthew, Henry, Lillian and Eleanor; and her siblings, Clarice Carlson, Karen Wakem, Roderick Forsman and Mark Forsman. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
