He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Browning and Vesta Browning (Wiley); and his siblings, Kenneth Browning and Gloria Mowbray. He is survived by: his daughter Brenda L.; his wife Sandra Browning (Argraves) of Fort Fairfield; his son-in-law Keith Hitchcock of Limestone; his brother Winston; his sister-in-law Linda Browning of Presque Isle; his sister Sylvia; his brother-in-law Louis Little of Fort Fairfield; his grandson Christopher Hitchcock of Arizona; and his great grandchild Karmon Hitchcock of Fort Fairfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
