She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Lovely and Margaret Lovely (Smith); her husband Phillip C. Higgins; her sisters, Mona Jackson and Linda Cotnoir; her son Roger Higgins; and her daughters-in-law, Holly Higgins (Farley) and Claire Higgins.
She is survived by: her sisters, Theresa and Sonya; and her children, Jeannie (Shane Thomas), Daniel Higgins (Kathy) of Mapleton, Lisa Dow of Westbrook, Kevin Higgins of Presque Isle and Heidi Higgins of Ford City, PA.. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 19 Great-Grandchildren.
