She was predeceased by: her daughter Jessica Dawn; her parents, William Belmain and Gloria Belmain; her nephew Napoleon Hebert III; and her father-in-law Paul Marquis.
She is survived by: her significant other Mark Marquis; her sons, Nathan and Dylan Hackworth; her siblings, Rose York (Herbert), Karen Flenner (Jeff), Phyllis Belmain, William Belmain Jr. (Robin) and Robert Belmain (Jenna); her mother-in-law Bernadette Marquis; her brothers-in-law, Andrew Marquis (Tabatha) and Benjamin Marquis (Samantha); her grandfather-in-law Yvette Theriault; and also Charlie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
