He is survived by: his mother Linda Willette; his children, Brittney Willette, Jason E. Willette Jr., Julianah Willette and Mckenah Fox; his grandchildren, Braelynn Ledue, Harper Pelkey, Charleigh Willette, Lyddia Moholland and Callie Moholland; his brother Merle Willette IIII; his uncle Dana Willette; and his brother-in-law Richard Nightingale.
