He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Cyr and Lola Cyr (Canney); his son Paul; his grandson Logan Cyr; and his siblings, Ben and Patricia Asbury.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Campbell of Fort Fairfield; and his children, Patricia Cole, Andrew Cyr, Stephen Cyr, Thomas Cyr, Carol Tuttle, Jonathan Cyr, Mary Cyr, Rosemary Cyr, James Cyr, Patrick Cyr and Kathy Sligh. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
