It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gloria Mary Legassie of Presque Isle, Maine, born in Winterville, Maine, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Berube and Caroline Berube (Tardie); her husband Herman Legassie Sr.; her daughter Yolanda Rae; and her siblings, John, Percy, Milford Berube, Pauline Ireland, Gerry Dunn and Janette Dubay.

She is survived by: her children, Darcy Carney of Washburn, Herman Legassie Jr. (Robin) of Presque Isle and Dara Legassie of Presque Isle; and her sisters, Diane Plummer of Presque Isle and Linda Pilsbury (Terry) of Augusta. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
