He is survived by: his wife Betty Theriault of Caribou; his children, Johnny Theriault (Bonnie) of West Virginia, Jennifer Ward of Alabama, Sandra Lennon of Gardiner and Shawn Theriault (Michelle) of Presque Isle; and his siblings, Phillip Theriault Jr. (Jean) of Caribou, Joanne Brogdon (Mac) of Caribou and Nola Plourde (Larry) of Caribou. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
