He was predeceased by: his parents, Francois "Frank" Cyr and Yvonne Ouellette Cyr (Eva); his granddaughter Brittany Cyr; and his siblings, Arthur, Patrick, Joan, Elaine and Patricia.
He is survived by: his wife Doreen Cyr (DeWitt) of Presque Isle; his children, Stacy Cyr (Tina) of Presque Isle, Mark Cyr (Chelsea) of Chapman and Lori Michaud (Joel) of Presque Isle; his granddaughter Courtney Cyr of Presque Isle; and his sister Shirley Anderson of Brunswick. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
