She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph W. LaJoie and Ann M. LaJoie (Fromm); her children, Edward M. Banks of Coral Springs, FL., Jerry J. Banks of Fort Fairfield and Gina M. Bachman of Winsted, CT.; her siblings, William LaJoie of Danbury, CT., Karen Polley of Danbury, CT., Bernadette Prino of Danbury, CT. and Linda Cann of Mesa, AZ.; and her husband John A. Mackey. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
