He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Martin and Lydia Martin; his wife Lila Webber; and his siblings, Alex Humphrey, Jim Humphrey, Mildred Duncan, Joan Parker and Marion Boyce.
He is survived by: his children, Harold Marr, Steven Marr (Judy) and Carla Rossignol (Bryant); his grandchildren, Alan Marr (Myra), Neil Marr (Deanna), Lori Marr, Cheryl Hallowell (Dana), Janet Marr, Joanna Cole (Matthew), Christina Maynard (Lloyd) and Marcy Heald (Troy); and his friend Jerry Folden. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren along with many more nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Frederick's name to the Aroostook House of Comfort, PO Box 867, Presque Isle, ME 04769.
