He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Gough and Ruth Gough (McPherson); his former wife Alberta (Elliott); and his siblings, Beverly Gough (Cindy) and Loretta Donovan (Marshall).
He is survived by: his wife Candy Gough; his daughter Terri (Jason Williams); his stepdaughter Lynn Cheri Andrews; his grandchildren, Cody Dunton, Cassandra Burns Messaraue and Connor Lane; and his sister Sandra Sperry (Paul) of Cowpens.
He assisted in getting a sports field for the city youth athletics programs that was donated by Stephen King.
