He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest W. Sr. Shaw and Rena M. Shaw (LeVasseur); his wife Beverly A. Shaw (Blank); and his siblings, Reginald K. Shaw, Wendall W. Shaw and Elaine Blanchard.
He is survived by: his daughter Jayne E. Shaw of Fort Fairfield; his sister Polly Shaw of Bath; and his nieces and nephews, Mark Blanchard of Florida, Dana Blanchard of California, Linda Shaw of Fort Fairfield, Nancy Shaw Perry of Westbrook, Arthur Shaw of Florida and Susan Craddock of Alabama.
